• How long does delivery take?

  Orders placed before 2pm are delivered the same day across most of Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and 1–2 days everywhere else in the UAE. Free delivery on orders over AED 250.

• Can I pick up my order in person?

  Yes — pickup is available from our Mussafah location. Choose Pickup at checkout and we'll WhatsApp you the moment your order is ready.

• Do I need a prescription for vet diets?

  Therapeutic diets (Royal Canin Veterinary, Hill's Prescription Diet) are intended to be fed under a vet's guidance. We don't ask for a paper prescription, but we recommend confirming the diet with your vet first — message us on WhatsApp if you'd like help picking the right one.

• Are your products genuine?

  Yes — every product comes from the brand's official UAE distributor and is stored climate-controlled. See our Authenticity guarantee for the full promise.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) plus Apple Pay and Google Pay — secure card checkout via Stripe. We don't currently offer Cash on Delivery.

• How do I return something?

  Unopened food can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll arrange the pickup.
