Why this matters for premium pet brands

Counterfeit pet food is a real problem in the GCC, especially for premium and prescription diets like Royal Canin and Hill's Prescription Diet. Fake bags can look almost identical to the real product but contain ingredients that may harm your pet — especially one already on a therapeutic diet.

How we guarantee authenticity

• Authorised distributor sourcing. Every brand we carry — Royal Canin, Hill's Science Plan, Hill's Prescription Diet, Lily's Kitchen, Zippy Paws and the rest — comes from the brand's official UAE distributor with full batch traceability.
• Batch checks on arrival. We verify batch codes, packaging integrity and expiry dates on every shipment before it goes on our shelves.
• Climate-controlled storage. Food is kept at the temperature and humidity each brand specifies, so what you receive is identical to what would leave the distributor's warehouse.
