Return Policy

Payment:

We accept payments done by Visa, MasterCard, and Cash on Delivery. Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment

Cancellation & Refund:

Orders may be amended or canceled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date. 100% refund guarantee on any orders canceled 24 hours prior to the delivery time. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

Return & Refund:

Orders can be returned according to the product return period from the delivery date. Normal products have 2 days and may change according to products. 100% refund guarantee on any orders returned prior to the return time. Refunds will be done only in the Pet Pavilion facility and upon return of the product to Pet Pavilion (no courier provided) in perfect condition. Return is not permitted in case:

  • If the product is not returned in its original packaging.
  • If the product is in used status.
  • If there is a disparity between the pieces of costume delivered and returned
  • If the products are marked as non-returnable or non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

Shipping:

Shipping will be according to places and will deliver within 2-3 days. No return shipments will be provided (customer shall bring the product to the facility).

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

Availability:

Orders will be accepted subject to availability. Due to any unforeseen reason, if any item you ordered are not available, we will immediately advise you with alternative for further action.

Colours:

The colours of products appear on Site are accurate. Though cannot guarantee the colour appearing on the customer monitor display.
